早期听诱发反应被用来评估听敏度和识别病理改变的部位,用可识别的波Ⅴ最低强度来估价听敏度,鉴别诊断则依据波Ⅰ、波Ⅲ和波Ⅴ的潜伏期和振幅。因此,这些波的可靠性和可辨认的条件是非常重要的。本文研究是观察电极位置和记录方式对早期听诱发反应的影响。
Early auditory evoked response was used to assess hearing sensitivity and identify pathological changes in the site, with the lowest intensity of identifiable V-V to assess hearing sensitivity, differential diagnosis is based on wave Ⅰ, wave Ⅲ and wave Ⅴ latency and amplitude.
