对原发性闭角型青光眼12例18眼的周边虹膜进行了组织学观察,以临床表现正常,在老年性白内障术中切除的周边虹膜做对照,两组的显著差别是虹膜各层组织细胞中线粒体的质和量的变化。特别突出的是急性闭角型青光眼间歇期的标本中空泡样变的线粒体显著密集。眼科学报 1993;9:106-109。
