患者男,31岁。5年来均因剧烈劳动后突感胸闷、胸痛,出现阵发性呛咳和咯血3次住院治疗。X 线示肺门0.2～0.8cm 多个钙化影,诊断为支气管扩张,给予抗感染、输血及对症治疗症状消失,此次因背重物出现上述症状,门诊治疗无效于1984年4月22日入院,8年前盗汗、发热1年余,抗结核治疗4个月。入院后用前治疗方案无明显疗效,每日咯血100～400ml,入院第15天咯出如花生米大小结石1粒,当日咯血200ml,(?)洗后呈灰白色、椭园形,表面桑椹状,(?)石(?)硬,重
