在经济全球化和信息化的新形势下,北京市将信息化做为面向21世纪和信息社会的城市发展战略,将“数字北京”做为战略口号和奋斗目标,进入了贯彻“十五”规划,实现跨越式发展的新阶段。 8大成绩 1、信息化总水平居全国之首。 据国家统计局统计测算,北京市信息化总指数居全国之首。城市宽带骨干网络和接入网络基本覆盖全市,电信、广电及各类互联网络的发展为首都信息化奠定了雄厚的基础,全市公用的信息基础设施——首都公用信息平台基本建成。信息资源的开发利用取得了较大进展,中央在京及市属部门的各类数据库相继建成。
