急性心肌梗塞及心绞痛,疼痛部位一般为胸骨后及心前区,有的为上腹部、颈部、下颌及牙齿,以左、右侧头面部、右侧胸部、左腰背部疼痛者极为少见,现将我们遇到的3例报告如下。 例1,女,52岁。发作性左侧头面部、颈部剧痛12小时入院。患者心脏停搏感10余年,休息后可缓解。近4年口干、多饮、多尿、消瘦,体重下降20余斤,近2月劳累及情绪激动后心悸加重,诊为糖尿病Ⅰ型,冠心病、心律失常—室性早搏,平素服用降糖药。1992年5月19日晚9时突感左侧头面部剧痛,呈刀割样,向同侧颈部及左肩部放散,持续时间约半小时,伴胸闷、气短、出冷汗、恶心、呕吐,吐出物为胃
