引滦水资源保护工作是在国务院亲切关怀和有关部委的直接领导和大力支持下进行的。河北省、天津市及有关地、市、县政府对这一工作都十分重视,特别是各级环保、水利监测等有关部门经过六年的艰苦努力,取得了很大成绩。引滦工程是以潘家口水库为水源的大型跨流域、跨省市的引水工程。自大黑汀水库分水闸以下分为引滦入津和引滦入唐两条引水渠道。引滦入津工程,全长234公里,1982年5月全线开工,1983年9月建成通水,引水流量60米~3/秒。引滦入唐工程,全长52公
