农村电工和农民本是一家人.都姓“农”.为了保障农村的安全用电,节约用电,依法用电,农民兄弟迫切希望农村电工要做到勤、明、快、公、严.勤 即口勤.农村电工应是农村安全用电的宣传员.要经常向广大农民用户宣传用电的法规、制度,不断增强农民用电的法制观念.上级对农村用电的新政策、新规定应能及时、准确地传达到农民群众中去,达到家喻户晓,人人皆知.农村电工还要不断向村民进行安全用电、节约用电常识宣传,指出私拉乱扯等违章用电的危害,减少事故发生.明 即电价明确.使用户明白照明、加工、灌溉等各种用电的千瓦时电价,以使支付电费时心情舒
Rural electricians and peasants were originally families.
