目的:探讨电刺激联合生物反馈盆底肌锻炼治疗女性压力性尿失禁的效果。方法:对34例女性压力性尿失禁患者使用生物反馈治疗仪进行生物反馈电刺激联合盆底肌训练,每次30 min,每周3次,10周为1疗程,治疗前、后分别记录排尿日记。治疗结束后3个月评价治疗效果并追踪观察6月。结果:34例患者中,治愈14例(41.2%),有效15例(44.1%),无效5例(14.7%),有效率达85.3%,29例随访6个月,2例复发。治疗后总排尿次数、总漏尿事件次数显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),功能性膀胱容量显著高于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论:电刺激联合生物反馈盆底肌训练是治疗女性压力性尿失禁的一种有效的、治愈率较高的治疗方法。
Objective: To investigate the effect of electrical stimulation combined with biological feedback pelvic floor muscle exercise on female stress urinary incontinence. Methods: A total of 34 female stress urinary incontinence patients underwent biofeedback stimulation combined with pelvic floor muscle stimulation with biofeedback instrument. Each treatment consisted of 30 min, three times a week, and 10 weeks as a course of treatment. Urination was recorded before and after treatment diary. Three months after the end of treatment, the therapeutic effect was evaluated and followed up for 6 months. Results: Of the 34 patients, 14 (41.2%) were cured, 15 (44.1%) were effective, 5 (14.7%) were ineffective, the effective rate was 85.3%, 29 were followed up for 6 months and 2 were relapsed. The total number of urination and the total number of urinary leakage after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.05), and functional bladder volume was significantly higher than before treatment (P <0.05). Conclusion: Electrical stimulation combined with biological feedback pelvic floor muscle training is an effective and high cure rate for female stress urinary incontinence.
