[目的]探讨饮酒对男性精液质量的影响。[方法]应用伟力彩色精子质量分析系统对127例不育饮酒男性和112例正常生育不饮酒男性精液的精液量、液化时间、精子总数、精子密度、精子活力、精子活率等参数作对照组进行分析。[结果](1)不育饮酒组、与正常对照组比较,精子密度、精子活力、精子活率等参数显著降低(P﹤0.05~0.01),而精液量、液化时间和精子总数之间差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。[结论]饮酒对男性精液参数的影响存在量效和时效关系,饮酒可能对男性生育有不良影响。
[Objective] To investigate the influence of drinking on the quality of male semen. [Method] Weigong color sperm quality analysis system was used to control semen volume, liquefaction time, total sperm count, sperm density, sperm motility, sperm motility and other parameters of 127 infertile men and 112 normal male infertile men Analyze. [Results] (1) Compared with normal control group, the parameters of sperm density, sperm motility and sperm motility were significantly decreased (P <0.05 ~ 0.01), while the differences of semen volume, liquefaction time and total sperm count No statistical significance (P> 0.05). [Conclusion] There are dose-effect and time-effect relationship between alcohol consumption and semen parameters in males. Drinking alcohol may have adverse effects on male fertility.
