依据我国的房地产产权转移特点与运行层次,可以将房地产市场划分为土地市场、房地产增量市场和房地产存量市场,而土地市场是整个房地产市场的源头。我国目前房地产市场的结构性矛盾十分明显,必须引起重视。因此从源头控制出发,通过在土地市场中构建公平高效的土地储备制度,达到房地产市场结构调整的目的。
According to the characteristics of transfer of real estate property in our country and operation level, the real estate market can be divided into land market, incremental real estate market and real estate stock market, and the land market is the source of the real estate market. At present, the structural contradictions in the real estate market in China are very clear and we must pay attention to it. Therefore, starting from the source control, through the construction of a fair and efficient land reserve system in the land market, the real estate market structure adjustment can be achieved.
