300例随机分为中医验方对照组、西医综合治疗对照组及中医验方联合西医综合治疗组。结果显示中医验方联合西医综合治疗组能有效改善麻凉疼乏力症状,神经传导速度亦增快,总有效率高于两个对照组,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论“益气温阳、活血通络”自拟验方联合西医综合治疗组方案为DPN提供更加有效的治疗手段。
300 cases were randomly divided into TCM prescription control group, Western medicine treatment group and TCM prescription combined with Western medicine treatment group. The results showed that traditional Chinese medicine combined with Western comprehensive treatment group can effectively improve the symptom? My anesthesia, the nerve conduction velocity is also faster, the total effective rate is higher than the two control groups, with significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion “Yiqi Yangyang, Huoxuetongluo ” self-prescription combined with Western comprehensive treatment program for the DPN provide more effective treatment.
