单胺类神经递质包括去甲肾上腺素(NA)多巴胺(DA)和5—羟色胺(5—HT),它们在学习记忆功能的控制调节中起着重要的作用。但是在老年人群中,尤其是Alzheimer型老年痴呆病人中,中枢单胺类神经递质含量明显降低。 本实验采用6—OHDA对SD大鼠脑内双侧NA上行背束进行微量注射,降低脑中有关递质水平,造成痴呆鼠模型,用高效液相色谱—电化学检测法测定皮层,海马单胺类递质含量。结果表明:6—OHDA微量注射能明显降低皮层,海马中的NA、DA,连续灌服补肾开窍活血解毒中药BKHJ90天,能升高痴呆鼠海马中NA递质含量。此结果为BKHJ中药治疗老年痴呆机理提供了实验依据。
Monoamine neurotransmitters include noradrenaline (DA) dopamine (DA) and serotonin (5-HT), which play an important role in the control of learning and memory function. However, in the elderly population, especially Alzheimer-type Alzheimer’s patients, the central monoamine neurotransmitter content was significantly reduced. In this experiment, 6-OHDA was used to inject microinjection into bilateral dorsal NA dorsal tract in the brain of SD rats to reduce the levels of related neurotransmitters in the brain, resulting in a rat model of dementia. The cortex was measured by high performance liquid chromatography-electrochemical detection. Amine transmitter content. The results showed that 6-OHDA microinjection significantly decreased the levels of NA and DA in the cortex and hippocampus. Continuous administration of BKHJ to relieve blood stasis and toxin-removing Chinese herbal medicine BKHJ for 90 days can increase the content of NA transmitter in hippocampus of dementia rats. This result provides experimental basis for the mechanism of BKHJ Chinese medicine treatment of Alzheimer’s disease.
