作者用安装在蔡司裂隙灯上的红宝石激光器(其最大输出能量为0.9焦耳)治疗27例闭角型青光眼,效果良好者9例(房角全部变宽,不易再关闭,暗室试验阴性)进步者12例(房角大部增宽,随访2周至2年7个月未复发)失败(无效)者5例,未能随访者1例。所用方法是将激光斜向虹膜周边部激射(不借助房角镜)。为达治疗目的,常需在原激射点间隔一周(待虹膜反应平息)或更长的时间反复激射治疗数次,直至局部的虹膜色素上皮被破坏而且基质明显变薄或产生完全的孔洞为止。
