为了更直观和准确地显示凝固数值模拟结果,研究了在PC机上用TVGA卡以高分辨率256色图形模式模拟凝固进程的原理和方法。通过引入形状因子的概念,并在彩色图象模拟中采有了辉度技术、多窗口图象对比显示技术和空间线性插值法,准确、逼真地模拟了不同时刻、任意角度和截面上的铸件三维温度场,同时预测了铸件内部的缩孔和疏松危险区,在此基础上生产出无缺陷的致密铸件。
In order to display the numerical results of the solidification more intuitively and accurately, the principle and method of simulating the solidification process with a high-resolution 256-color graphic mode using a TVGA card on a PC are studied.
