十二指肠平滑肌瘤为少见良性肿瘤,我院经手术、病理证实1例,现报告如下: 女性,26岁。主诉:黑便4天,呕血三次。患者缘于四天前无明显诱因出现解柏油样大便,量中,质稀,便后出现头晕,眼花,当时病人未曾重视,未曾就医。近四日来解黑使2-3次,量中,每次便后都感到头晕,眼花,且伴右上腹部嘈杂不适,无明显疼痛。于1994年8月2日患者饭后出现呕吐咖啡样胃内容物,量中,吐后感觉心慌出冷汗,求诊于我院门诊,门诊拟上消化道出血,十二指肠球部溃疡入我院治疗。
