学习,是人类的一种主动行为,它不是一种被动的吸收过程,因此,各种教学方法在采用时都需要一个必要的前提,那就是学习者已经具备学习的动机——学习的主动性。如果缺乏学习的动机和主动性,无论采用什么样的教学方法,其效果都一定要受到局限。当然,好的教学方法对于调动学习者的学习主动性和提高他们的学习兴趣也是能够起到辅助作用的。但动机和兴趣是前提条件,选择和确定自己的教学方法,要围绕这个前提条件来决定。 为了增强学生学习的主动性,首先要做的,就是帮助他们认识到作为文秘专业的学生学习中国文学课的意义和价值。从长远意义看,开设这门课程是要通过学习中国文学史上的文学名篇,提高学生的人文素质,培养高尚的道德情操,进而塑造健全的人格,一句话,是为了人的发展。学习的近期意义,是要学生明确这门课在整个课程设置中的地位和重要性以及它与后续课程的关系,特别是要他们了解这门课对于毕业论文和今后的求职、就业的影响。这样,对于提高学生学习的积极性有更直接的促动作用,学生会重视这门课,表现出更大的学习主动性。 为了激发学生的学习兴趣,真正实现这门课的教学目标,在课堂教学中还必须精心选择各种灵活的教学方法,使文学课上得生动活泼,实实在在,既激发兴趣,又培养能力,既紧扣教材内容
