对于城里人来讲,打个电话是一件十分简单的事情,但是,对于革命老区,国家级贫困县大悟的贫困山区农民来说“通话难”却是一个十分头痛的事情。 三里镇地处大悟县的北部,与河南毗邻,属鄂豫边区,是当年李先念、刘华清打游击的地方。这里是典型的贫困地区,大山连绵,通信建设滞后。“通话难”极大地限制了当地农民与外界的交流。据当地农民介绍,三里镇有20个村,其中10余个村没有开通固定电话,约有113个村不能打手机。
It is a very simple matter for city people to make a phone call. However, it is a very troubling thing for poor mountain farmers in the revolutionary old district and state-level poverty-stricken Dawu county to talk difficultly. Sanli town is located in the northern part of Dawu County, adjacent to Henan Province, belonging to the border area of Hubei and Henan Province, where Li Xiannian and Liu Huaqing hit guerrillas.
