牙囊细胞分泌的集落刺激因子1参与单核巨噬细胞向牙囊的化学趋化及局部募集,并促使其向破骨细胞的横向分化,从而促进磨牙的萌出。这些研究深化了对牙齿萌出调控的认识,在牙齿萌出障碍的病因、治疗等方面有广阔的应用前景。现就有关集落刺激因子1促磨牙萌出作用的研究进展予以综述。
The colony stimulating factor 1 secreted by dental follicle cells participates in chemoattractant and local recruitment of mononuclear macrophages to the dental follicles and promotes its horizontal differentiation to osteoclasts, thus promoting the eruption of molars. These studies have deepened the understanding of the regulation of tooth eruption and have broad application prospects in the etiology and treatment of tooth eruption disorders. Now on the colony stimulating factor 1 promoting molar eruption role of research advances are reviewed.
