根据化学致癌物在肿瘤形成过程中作用的不同阶段,可将化学致癌物分为诱癌化合物和促癌化合物,化学致癌物可使得Bhas细胞系产生突变从而形成集落。本研究通过考察促癌化合物佛波酯(TPA)及诱癌化合物3-甲基胆蒽(MCA)对Bhas 42细胞系的转化作用,验证Bhas 42细胞转化试验检验诱癌物及促癌物的准确性。
According to the different stages of chemical carcinogens in the process of tumor formation, chemical carcinogens can be divided into cancer-inducing compounds and cancer-promoting compounds. Chemical carcinogens can cause mutations in Bhas cell lines to form colonies. In this study, we investigated the transformation of Bhas 42 cell line by promoting tumor-promoting compounds phorbol ester (TPA) and cancer-inducing compound 3-methylcholanthrene (MCA) to verify that Bhas 42 cell transformation test can detect carcinogens and carcinogens accuracy.
