目的掌握天津市东丽区2009—2015年流行性感冒(流感)的流行特征,为今后的流感防控工作提供科学依据。方法对天津市东丽区2009—2015年流感样病例(ILI)报告数据、确诊病例及病原学监测数据及流感暴发疫情报告情况进行分析。结果天津市东丽区流感高发人群为14岁以下婴幼儿及儿童;ILI监测每年冬季12月至次年2月份会有1个流行高峰。2009—2015年流感病原监测结果显示,天津市东丽区流行毒株类型以A(H3N2)、A(H1N1)、B及D型交替出现为主,2009及2013年A(H1N1)呈优势毒株;2009—2015年,天津市东丽区共报告流感暴发疫情1起,聚集疫情13起,14起疫情都发生在中小学校及托幼机构;确诊病例流感疫苗接种率为12.65%。结论天津市东丽区全年有ILI发生,冬春季为高发季节,主要优势毒株为A(H3N2)及A(H1N1)型。学校等集体机构流感疫情监测是今后防控工作的重点,ILI监测及病原监测针对防控新型流感毒株意义重大。流感疫苗接种覆盖人群较少。
Objective To grasp the epidemiological characteristics of influenza in Dongli District of Tianjin from 2009 to 2015 so as to provide a scientific basis for future prevention and control of influenza. Methods The reported data of ILI from 2009 to 2015 in Dongli District of Tianjin were collected, and the data of the confirmed cases and etiological surveillance data and the reports of flu outbreaks were analyzed. Results The high prevalence of influenza in Dongli District of Tianjin was for infants and children under 14 years of age. ILI monitoring had a prevalence peak from December to February each year. The results of surveillance of influenza pathogen from 2009 to 2015 showed that the predominant strain A (H3N2), A (H1N1), B and D were predominant in Dongli District of Tianjin, and A (H1N1) was predominant in 2009 and 2013 Strains; from 2009 to 2015, a total of 13 outbreaks of influenza outbreaks and 13 outbreaks were reported in Dongli District, Tianjin. All 14 outbreaks occurred in primary and secondary schools and child care institutions. The confirmed flu vaccination rate was 12.65%. Conclusion ILI occurred in Dongli District, Tianjin during the whole year. Winter and spring were the high season. The main dominant strains were A (H3N2) and A (H1N1). Influenza surveillance in collective institutes such as schools is the focus of prevention and control work in the future. It is of great significance for ILI monitoring and pathogen surveillance to prevent and control new influenza strains. Flu vaccination coverage of the crowd less.
