目的明确某新型肥料厂生产过程中可能产生职业病的危害因素及其危害程度进行综合评价,确定职业病危害关键控制点,提出防护对策。方法采用类比法和风险评估相结合的原则进行评价。结果项目可能产生的主要职业病危害因素有甲基丙烯酸甲酯、苯乙烯、丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酰胺、氨、过氧化氢、尿素、盐酸、氢氧化钠、硫酸以及其他化合物、生产性粉尘及工频电场、高温、噪声。分析结果:本项目中存在的丙烯酰胺、氨的职业病危害风险等级为高风险,甲基丙烯酸甲酯、苯乙烯、丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸甲酯、过氧化氢、硫化氢为一般风险,尿素、盐酸为低风险。结论通过类比调查和风险评估,该项目为职业病危害严重的建设项目,企业应对高风险和一般风险项目着重关注,实施有效的工程控制,更应管控职业病危害关键控制点,建议企业采取有效的综合防护措施;加强应急救援措施及演练。

Analysis result: The risk grade of occupational hazards of acrylamide and ammonia in this project is high risk. Methyl methacrylate, styrene, acrylic acid, methacrylic acid, methyl acrylate, hydrogen peroxide and hydrogen sulfide are the general risks. Urea, hydrochloric acid is low risk. Conclusion Through analogy investigation and risk assessment, the project is a serious construction project with serious occupational hazards. Enterprises should pay close attention to high-risk and general risk projects, implement effective engineering control, control key points of occupational hazards, and suggest that enterprises should adopt effective integrated Protection measures; strengthen emergency rescue measures and exercises.
