引言在诸多的选矿生产过程中,由于产品出现不需要的含铁杂质可导致废品或次品,从而降低整体效益。这些含铁杂质可能是选矿处理过程中矿物的解离所产生的或是由选矿设备的磨损所致。目前人们已经研究出了多种磁选方法来清除铁磁和顺磁性杂质。为降低选矿成本,在改进选矿工艺的同时,随着新技术、新材料、新工艺的涌现,各类现有选矿设备正不断得以改进。最近埃利兹磁力公司采用这种设计水平为选矿工业推出了三种分选设备。这些设备使用不锈钢介质,运行成本和维护费用都很低,且具有很好的除铁效果。
INTRODUCTION In many beneficiation processes, the overall benefit is reduced by the production of unwanted ferrous impurities that can lead to rejects or rejects.
