我是一个土生土长的大鹏人,当我还是一个5岁的稚童时,就已在这块热土上生活。回顾起初来大鹏的情景,真是感慨万千啊!那时候,我们一家四口挽着大包提着小包,脚踩着黑泥土踏着黄泥巴,马路上尘土飞扬,几十个花花绿绿的塑料袋肆无忌惮地舞动着,我们的衣服、头发全染上了一层黄色。然而,今天的大鹏真是脱胎换骨了!过去比比皆是的矮小房屋,变成了一幢幢崭新的楼房,四通八达、宽敞的马路上车水马龙;昔日冷冷清清的市场如今人潮涌涌、照照攘攘,逢周六、日在核电站工作的外国人也来凑热闹;炎热的夏季,游客们都要去下沙湾追波逐浪,放眼望去,海滩上人山人海。

In the past abound of small houses, into a block of new buildings, extending in all directions, spacious roads busy; the past, the deserted market now surging, bustling, every bustling, every Foreigners who work at nuclear power stations on Saturday and Sunday also come to join in the fun. In the hot summer, tourists are going to the Xiasha Bay to catch waves and look out over the sea.
