根据矿井排水系统一般可以简化为串联复杂管路系统的特点,采用特征线法模拟其断电停泵的瞬变过程。在已有数学模型(如波速方程、有限差分形式的特征线方程及泵机组方程等)的基础上,本文结合矿井排水系统,建立了一些相应的边界条件方程,如变水头的管道出水口方程、恒定水位的管道进口方程以及逆止阀的关闭运动方程等。依据这些数学模型,用FORTRAN77语言编制出瞬变过程的模拟计算程序。用计算机算出的结果和实测结果基本一致;通过计算机打印在同一坐标系中的计算和实测瞬变曲线可对瞬变过程一目了然。
According to the mine drainage system can be simplified to the characteristics of a series of complex piping system, the use of characteristic line method to simulate the shutdown process of power failure pump. Based on the existing mathematical models such as wave velocity equation, the characteristic equation of finite difference form and the pump unit equations, this paper combined with the mine drainage system to establish some corresponding boundary conditions equations, such as variable head pipe outlet equation , The constant water level of the pipeline inlet equation and the check valve closing motion equation. According to these mathematical models, a simulation program of transient process is compiled by using FORTRAN77 language. The results calculated by the computer and the measured results are basically the same; calculated and measured transient curves printed by the computer in the same coordinate system can be at a glance of the transient process.
