The experiment shows that the two components of the Zeeman laser output have polarization ellipsometry, which causes considerable measurement error in high-resolution heterodyne interferometry. This article also analyzes the causes of this phenomenon, which is related to the anisotropy of the resonator mirror and the distribution of the external magnetic field.
