随着卫生改革的不断深入,卫生防疫工作的规范化、法制化管理已提到议事日程,各级卫生防疫站己陆续进行计量认证和等级评审工作.我站于1996年3月开始计量认证准备工作,8月经过预审,9月正式审评一次成功,现将做法和体会报告如下.1 依据1.1 依据以下文件:①《中华人民共和国计量法》第22条规定:“为社会提供公证数据的产品质量检验机构,必须经省以上人民政府计量行政部门对其计量检定、测试能力和可靠性考核合格.”②《中华人民共和国计量法实施细则》第7章.③《产品质量检验机构计量认证管理办法》.④《产品质量检验机构计量认证技术考核规范》.⑤山东省卫生厅、山东省技术监督局联合下发的《关于各级卫生防疫站计量认证工作的通知》.2 做法
With the continuous deepening of the health reform, the standardization and legalized management of hygiene and epidemic prevention work has already been mentioned on the agenda. The sanitation and epidemic prevention stations at various levels have successively carried out measurement certifications and grade evaluation work. I station began to prepare for measurement certification in March 1996. After the preliminary review in August, the formal review in September was a success.
