糖尿病肾病（ＤＮ）是糖尿病（ＤＭ）常见的慢性微血管并发症之一。晚期ＤＮ的治疗很棘手，是ＤＭ患者主要死亡原因之一，因此对ＤＮ的早期诊断和治疗就尤为重要。本研究通过观察黄芪对早期ＤＮ（ＩＤＮ）患者尿内皮素（ＵＥＴ）和尿微量白蛋白的影响，以研究其防治ＤＮ的作用
Diabetic nephropathy (DN) is one of the common chronic microvascular complications of diabetes (DM). The treatment of advanced DN is difficult and is one of the leading causes of death in DM patients. Therefore, early diagnosis and treatment of DN is particularly important. This study was to observe the effect of Astragalus membranaceus on urinary endothelin (UET) and urinary microalbumin in patients with early DN (IDN) to study its effect on prevention and treatment of DN.
