正定腙即抗癌抗菌素正定霉素的苯甲酰腙盐酸盐,为一半合成衍生物。其结构式为: 正定腙、阿霉素均为正定霉素之衍生物。经药理研究证明正定腙的体內毒性均低于正定霉素和阿霉素。但三者间存在交叉抗药性。我院在1975年5月至1976年8月用华北制药厂试制的正定腙治疗各型急性白血病27例。现将治疗情况简介如下,以利总结经验进一步提高疗效。
Positive definite hydrazone that anticancer antibiotic daunomycin benzoyl hydrazone hydrochloride, half synthetic derivatives. Its structural formula is: positive definite hydrazone, doxorubicin are derivatives of ningbinomycin. Pharmacological studies have shown that positive in vivo hydrazone toxicity are lower than doxorubicin and doxorubicin. However, there is cross-resistance between the three. Our hospital in May 1975 to August 1976 with the North China Pharmaceutical trial trial positive hydrazone treatment of various types of acute leukemia in 27 cases. Now the treatment profile is as follows, to facilitate the summing up experience to further improve the efficacy.
