本文就我院自1974年5月至1975年5月收治的53例急性心肌梗塞心电图加以讨论。一.一般情况 1.性别与年龄:男36例(68％),女17例(32％)。年龄平均57.2岁,41—50岁12例(22.6％),51—60岁21例(39.6％),61—70岁16例(30.8％).71岁以上4例(8％)。 2.梗塞部位:前壁14例(26.4％)。下壁12例(22.6％).前间壁10例(18.9％),后间壁4例(7.8％),内膜下3例(5.7％)。前侧壁、后侧壁各2例(3.8％),前+下壁6例(11.3％)。
This article from our hospital from May 1974 to May 1975 admitted 53 cases of acute myocardial infarction ECG to be discussed. I. General 1. Gender and age: 36 males (68%) and 17 females (32%). The average age was 57.2 years old, 12 (41.6%) in 41-50 years, 21 (51.6%) in 51-60 and 16 (30.8%) in 61-70 years old. 2. Infarction site: anterior wall in 14 cases (26.4%). There were 12 cases of inferior wall (22.6%), 10 cases of anterior wall (18.9%), 4 cases of posterior wall (7.8%) and 3 cases of subendocardium (5.7%). There were 2 cases (3.8%) of the anterior and posterior wall and 6 cases (11.3%) of anterior + inferior wall.
