近年来，重庆地区晚秋初冬流行的急性婴幼儿腹泻（称秋季腹泻）的临床特点酷似婴幼儿轮状病毒胃肠炎，常在家庭，婴幼儿集体机构甚至医院内蔓延流行。本文就1978年所见部分病例（27例），对该病病原作初步探讨。
In recent years, the prevalence of acute infant diarrhea (called autumn diarrhea) in late autumn and early winter in Chongqing resembles that of rotavirus gastroenteritis in infants and young children. It is often spread in families, infant and child collective organizations and even in hospitals. In this paper, some of the cases seen in 1978 (27 cases), the pathogen of the disease for a preliminary study.
