“兰炼MAZ清净助燃剂”是一项具有显著节能减排、环保和提高油品品质的新产品。其推广应用一直受国内外的广泛关注。全国人大代表、全国政协委员已经连续几年联名向国家提交议案、提案和大会发言,呼吁在完善标准和加大监管的基础上,研究对MAZ的支持和推广应用问题,并给予相关政策的支持。最近,国务院主要领导同志对此产品与技术的推广应用工作再次作出批示。为此,3月18日,国家发改委、国家工业和信息化部、国家能源局等6部委有关人员组成的“兰炼MAZ清净助燃剂”推广应用工作国家调研组抵达兰州。本刊同时编发国家专题调研组赴兰州的消息和全国政协委员、民建中央秘书长张皎在今年“两会”上的大会发言和提案,以期进一步促进这一节能新产品的推广应用,使全国节能减排与经济发展有新的进展。
