本文研究了胚胎期缺氧后对新生鼠心肌内去甲肾上腺素(NA)含量的影响,发现缺氧组心肌内NA含量在早期都低于对照组,但心重与体重之比值却高于对照组,尤以5天组最显著,P<0.01。
In the present study, the effect of hypoxia on the content of norepinephrine (NA) in neonatal rat hearts was studied. The results showed that the content of NA in the myocardium of hypoxic group was lower than that of the control group at early stage, but the ratio of heart weight to body weight was higher than that of control Group, especially in the 5-day group the most significant, P <0.01.
