随着改革开放的深入,公民社会建设在积极地向前推进中。艺术在公民社会中是文化建设的组成部分,也是提升公民美育层次的重要途径。文章阐述了公民社会和公民文化的概念,分析了艺术维度发展以人为本、大众参与、情景交融、继承与创新以及可持续发展的五大原则,并以武汉市的公共艺术发展为例,从加强法制建设、编制公共艺术规划、加强职能化管理、加强公众参与和突出科技性等方面提出了公民社会艺术维度构建的发展建议。
With the deepening of reform and opening up, civil society construction is actively moving forward. Art is an integral part of cultural construction in civil society and is also an important way to enhance the level of civic aesthetic education. The article expounds the concept of civil society and civic culture, analyzes the five principles of people-oriented, mass participation, scene blending, inheritance and innovation and sustainable development in the development of artistic dimension.
