“严打”是我国重要的刑事政策,在打击犯罪,维护社会秩序等方面成效显著。但是,同时也引发了一系列的新的社会问题,出现了较多的副面效应。应该如何理性地评价“严打”?本文试从“严打”的事实根据和价值评价两个层面进行分析。
“Strike-hard strike” is an important criminal policy in our country and has achieved remarkable results in cracking down crimes and maintaining social order. However, it also triggered a series of new social problems with more side effects. How to evaluate “strike hard” rationally? This paper tries to analyze from the factual basis and value evaluation of “strike hard”.
