田间渠系工程采用混凝土衬砌的 U 形渠道,具有防渗性能好,水力特性好,结构整体性好,占地少,省工省料等优点,但是,人工浇筑比较困难,因而迫切需要 U 形渠道衬砌机。我站从1980年开始引进改制 U 形衬砌机,先后向省内外推广近60台。从1987年开始研制新的机型,经过两年多来的反复改进试验,研制成功牵引卷扬机与衬砌机主机组合成一体的气动切缝组合式 U 形渠道混凝土衬砌机。目前已制成 QD—30、QD—40、QD—50、QD—60等规格的产品。两年来已衬砌渠道21752m,衬砌质量符合工程设计要求。(一)结构QD 系列 U 形衬砌机总长4m,由土渠修正模、料斗、振动模、成型拖模、气动切缝机构和牵引机构组成。机头为土基修正模,对已挖好的土渠起修
