I. INTRODUCTION Waves propagate into the shallow sea area. Due to the influence of seafloor topography and other factors, refraction phenomenon obviously occurs. Wave refraction research, for the design of breakwater and other hydraulic structures has important practical significance. An important issue with wave refraction is the mapping of refractions and the calculation of wave intensity and wave height values.
