本文用分光光度法对新疆奎屯氟砷中毒地区防病改水两年后原氟砷和氟中毒患者血浆中巯基的含量进行了测定,并与正常对照区健康成人血浆中巯基的含量进行了比较。结果高氟区患者血浆中巯基含量为:3.45±0.66mg%;高氟高砷区:3.90±0.87mg%;正常对照区:3.58±1.04mg%。无论是高氟区还是高氟高砷区,患者血浆中巯基的含量与正常对照区居民血浆中巯基的含量均无显著差异(P>0.05)。而高氟高砷区患者血浆中巯基含量明显高于高氟区患者血浆中巯基含量((P<0.05)。
In this paper, the content of sulfhydryl in the plasma of patients with fluorosis and arsenic poisoning and fluorosis were measured two years after the prevention and cure of water pollution in Kuitun, Xinjiang Autonomous Region by fluoride spectrophotometry, and compared with the content of sulfhydryl in the plasma of healthy adults . Results The content of plasma sulfhydryl in patients with high fluoride area was 3.45 ± 0.66mg%, high fluoride and high arsenic area was 3.90 ± 0.87mg%, and normal control area was 3.58 ± 1.04mg%. There was no significant difference in the content of sulfhydryl in the plasma of patients with high fluoride and high arsenic in high fluoride area and normal control area (P> 0.05). The plasma thiol content in patients with high fluoride and high arsenic was significantly higher than that in patients with high fluoride (P <0.05).
