Described the development trend and trend of mobile communication technology and its widespread application in the world at present; put forward three core concepts of mobile government: mobile government terminal, mobile government information system and mobile government system; through comprehensive literature research, It analyzes and summarizes the status quo of China Mobile’s government affairs, including the technical aspects of network communication technology, terminals, supporting platform systems and information security, the main applications in government affairs, and the stages of development of mobile government affairs system. It explains the challenges faced by China’s urban mobile government affairs system, analyzes the decision factors and puts forward some suggestions.
