为了解大学生体育人口生命质量的特点和规律。参照世界卫生组织生存质量有关量表,自制符合大学生的生命质量问卷,对1260名大学生体育人口进行生命质量的无记名问卷调查。通过男女大学生体育人口的生命质量比较得出:1)男生在心理维度和社会纬度和环境纬度以及综合维度得分显著高于女生;2)女大学生体育人口对自己外形满意度较低;2)男性大学生体育人口的性问题满意度较低;4)男性大学体育人口在心理维度的生活乐趣方面满意度较低。结论:应针对男女大学生体育人口的生命质量存在不同特点,进行针对性干预。
In order to understand the characteristics and laws of the life quality of college students sports population. Reference to the World Health Organization quality of life scale, self-made quality of life questionnaire in line with college students, 1260 college students physical quality of life by a silent questionnaire. Through the comparison of the quality of life of male and female college students, 1) boys score significantly higher than girls in psychological dimension, social latitude, environmental latitude and comprehensive dimension; 2) female students are less satisfied with their physical appearance; 2) The satisfaction degree of the sexual problems of the undergraduate sports population is low; 4) The male undergraduate sports population is not satisfied with the psychological dimension of the fun of life. Conclusion: There should be different characteristics of the life quality of male and female college students in physical education and targeted intervention.
