为了增加岩茶种类,对春兰(301)、瑞香(305)、九龙袍(303)、丹桂(304)、黄观音(105)、茗科1号(204)、黄玫瑰(506)、金牡丹(203)等品种的植物学性状及主要生化成分种植在武夷山变化情况进行分析,结果显示:8个品种树型表现与原选育一样。秋季不同品种的第三叶的含水量基本相同,其中茗科1号的水浸出物含量、茶多酚含量最高,分别为58.40%、27.38%;九龙袍的咖啡碱含量最高,为3.93%;丹桂的游离氨基酸含量最高,为2.00%。
In order to increase the variety of rock tea, the effects of different types of rock tea on the varieties of Chunlan (301), Ruixiang (305), Jiulongpao (303), Tansui (304), Huangguanyin (105), Mingke 1 (204) Peony (203) and other varieties of botanical traits and the main biochemical composition changes in Wuyishan analyzed, the results showed that: 8 varieties of tree performance and the same as the original breeding. The water content of the third leaf in different varieties was basically the same in autumn, among which, the content of tea extract and polyphenols in Mingke No.1 was the highest, 58.40% and 27.38% respectively, while that of Jiulongpao was 3.93% Gui free amino acid content of the highest, 2.00%.
