自1997年以来，对浚县在儿童、青少年乙肝普查中筛选出50例肝功能正常，B超未见异常，无阳性体征，年龄2—13岁，但HBSAg阳性，其中“大三阳”25例，HBV--DNA阳性ZI例5“小三阳”18例，HBV—DNA阳性15例；“双阳”7例，IIBV--DNA阳性5例。治疗方法：本草九代每日100Inl，顿服；
