实验考察微细加热丝上气泡射流间的相互作用现象,发现相邻气泡射流间的相互吸引现象,强相互作用时多股射流可以合并成一股射流.分析揭示出气泡射流间相互吸引的物理机制在于,气泡生长造成局部温度下降导致相邻气泡两侧的热毛细力不均衡,进而引起两个气泡射流间的相互吸引,而相邻气泡则有互相远离的趋势.利用数值模拟给出了气泡射流系统的温度场和流场,很好地验证气泡射流间相互吸引的物理机制.
The interaction between bubble jets on the micro-heating wire was investigated experimentally to find the mutual attraction between the adjacent bubble jets, and the multiple jets could be merged into one jets under the strong interaction.The analysis revealed that the physical mechanism of mutual attraction between bubble jets , The local temperature drop caused by the growth of bubbles leads to the imbalance of the thermal capillary forces on the two adjacent sides of the bubble, which in turn leads to the mutual attraction between the two bubble jets, while the adjacent bubbles tend to move away from each other. The temperature field and the flow field of the system verify well the physical mechanism of mutual attraction between bubble jets.
