1982年全国半导体存储器年会于9月12月到17日在苏州召开。来自全国47个单位的77名代表参加了会议。会议收到了论文49篇,在大会上宣读的有15篇。其余分成三个小组按照应用、器件及可靠性、测试等三个课题进行了交流。近年来,我国半导体存储器技术发展很快,很多单位用引进器件组装存储器取得了成功。有的单位还为超大型计算机配置了16MB的主存。存储器的性能与过去相比有很大提高。还有些单位对影响存储器可靠性的各个方面作了较深入的研究,他们用国产器件设计出了可靠性很高的存储器,如上海计算所采用国
In 1982 the National Semiconductor Memory Conference was held in September from September to 17 in Suzhou. Twenty-seven representatives from 47 units nationwide attended the meeting. The conference received 49 papers, 15 were read out at the conference.
