以钛酸丁酯为原料,采用溶胶凝胶法制备了介孔SO42-/TiO2固体超强酸.利用X射线衍射、红外光谱等技术考察了催化剂的结构特征和表面酸性以及其对丙酸丁酯的酯化反应活性.结果表明,SO42-/TiO2固体酸保持了完好的锐钛矿晶型、较强的酸性和热稳定性;当焙烧温度为550℃,硫酸浸渍液浓度为1.0 mol/L时,丙酸的转化率最高.同时对丙酸和丁醇的酯化反应进行了研究,考查了醇、酸摩尔比,催化剂用量,反应时间对酯化反应转化率的影响.适宜的反应条件为:n酸∶n醇为1.0∶1.3,催化剂用量5 g/mol丙酸,反应时间2 h,丙酸的转化率达92%以上.
Mesoporous SO42- / TiO2 solid superacid was prepared by sol-gel method using butyl titanate as raw material. The structure and surface acidity of the catalyst were investigated by X-ray diffraction and infrared spectroscopy. The results showed that the solid acid of SO42- / TiO2 kept intact anatase crystal form, strong acidity and thermal stability. When the calcination temperature was 550 ℃, the concentration of sulfuric acid immersion liquid was 1.0 mol / L , The conversion of propionic acid was the highest.The esterification of propionic acid and butanol was studied at the same time and the influence of the molar ratio of alcohol to acid, the amount of catalyst and the reaction time on the conversion of esterification reaction were investigated.The suitable reaction conditions : N acid: n alcohol 1.0: 1.3, the amount of catalyst 5 g / mol propionic acid, reaction time 2 h, propionic acid conversion rate of 92% or more.
