目的研究蜈蚣酸性蛋白(CAP)对阿霉素致急性心衰大鼠心功能的影响。方法大鼠随机分为4组:空白对照组、模型对照组、CAP高、低剂量组。对照组腹腔注射生理盐水,药物组腹腔注射CAP,连续3 d。第4天腹腔注射阿霉素形成急性心衰,第5天测心功能、血清生化、心脏重量指数,并观察心肌病理学变化。结果各组心脏重量指数无显著性差异。药物组血流动力学显示心脏收缩功能加强;血清生化显示SOD较模型组明显增高,MDA、NOS、NO明显降低;病理学显示心肌细胞病变明显减轻。结论CAP可明显改善急性心衰大鼠心功能,减轻脂质过氧化损伤,对心肌起到保护作用。
Objective To study the effects of CAP on cardiac function in rats with acute heart failure induced by adriamycin. Methods Rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: blank control group, model control group, and CAP high and low dose groups. The control group received saline intraperitoneally and the drug group was intraperitoneally injected with CAP for 3 days. On the 4th day, acute heart failure was induced by intraperitoneal injection of adriamycin. Heart function, serum biochemistry, and heart weight index were measured on the 5th day, and the pathological changes of the myocardium were observed. Results There was no significant difference in heart weight index between groups. Hemodynamics of the drug group showed enhanced cardiac systolic function; serum biochemistry showed that SOD was significantly higher than that of the model group, and MDA, NOS, and NO were significantly decreased; pathological examination showed that myocardial cell pathology was significantly reduced. Conclusion CAP can significantly improve cardiac function in rats with acute heart failure, reduce lipid peroxidation injury, and protect the myocardium.
