随着教育事业的发展,高职教育在人才培养中的作用越来越明显。高职院校重点培养学生的专业技能。但是,思想政治教育是高职院校开展教学工作的前提,对高职院校学生培养有着重要意义。本文分析了高职院校学生管理工作中开展思想政治教育的必要性,并积极探索了高职院校学生管理工作中开展思想政治教育的对策。
With the development of education, the role of higher vocational education in personnel training becomes more and more obvious. Higher vocational colleges focus on training students’ professional skills. However, the ideological and political education is the prerequisite for carrying out teaching work in higher vocational colleges, which is of great significance to the training of students in higher vocational colleges. This paper analyzes the necessity of carrying out ideological and political education in the management of students in higher vocational colleges and actively explores the countermeasures to carry out the ideological and political education in the management of students in higher vocational colleges.
