硬质沥青混凝土具有较好的抗车辙性能和较高的回弹模量,近年来国际上道路沥青标号的应用也向偏稠的方向发展。利用常规指标和SHRP指标分析了国产2种50#道路硬质沥青结合料的性能,研究了硬质沥青混合料配合比设计方法,运用回弹模量、车辙动稳定度、高温蠕变劲度模量等指标评价其沥青混合料路用性能。研究结果表明国产硬质沥青混合料具有较高的回弹模量和劈裂强度,同标号硬质沥青混合料高温性能存在明显差异。相比于25℃针入度指标,硬质沥青60℃动力粘度与沥青混合料高温稳定性能相关性较好。
Rigid asphalt concrete has better anti-rutting performance and higher resilience modulus. In recent years, the application of asphalt pavement in the world has also been applied to thicker direction. The properties of two types of hard asphalt binder 50 # made in China were analyzed by using conventional index and SHRP index. The design method of hard asphalt mixture ratio was studied. The effects of elastic modulus, rutting dynamic stability, creep stiffness at high temperature Modulus and other indicators to evaluate the road performance of asphalt mixture. The results show that domestic hard asphalt mixture has high modulus of elasticity and splitting strength, with the marked difference of high temperature performance of hard asphalt mixture. Compared with the penetration index of 25 ℃, the dynamic viscosity of hard asphalt at 60 ℃ has a good correlation with the high temperature stability of asphalt mixture.
