我厂在外协产品中,有大批零件,需要在孔径上面刮光,过去一直是先钻孔,然后用镗刀刮平,工人劳动强度大而效率低,表面粗糙度也难达到要求,办此,我们制作了一套钻削刮平的组合刀具,见附图刮刀盘与钻头采用套式结构,由钻头1、刀盘3、YG6硬质合金刀片2、刀盘紧固螺钉4和莫氏锥套5所组成。具有结构简单,制造容易,使用方便,振动小等特点,减轻了工人的劳动强度,提高效率几十倍。使用时,只需先调节好钻孔深度,确定刀盘在孔与钻头柄部之间的位置。旋紧刀盘紧固螺钉,即可钻孔后刮平。
