战争是残酷无情的,这令我们不愿意提及战争。但是,战争中许多规律性的东西可以引入到商战之中,让我们企业经营所向披靡,又是非常值得提及的。记得拿破仑战败后,他副手说了一句耐人寻味的话:“我们的主帅败在不断拉长了的战线上。”随着国际化越来越深入,中国企业将会感觉到经营的窘迫。这种窘迫来自于一度追求扩张与增长的野心,是时候告诉我们的企业,需要收缩战线,进行集中经营了,这才是中国企业真正的成长王道。
The war is ruthless, which makes us unwilling to mention the war.
