一、引言关于高速试验机,无论是国内还是国外,在测量方面过去都是用示波器显示,用照相机照相的办法做记录。这种办法的测量精度是很低的。如果使用计算机那当然可以,不过一般的采样速度较慢的计算机也是不能满足要求的,必须对采样速度较高的计算机才行。使用高速模数转换器把负荷及变形的模拟量变成数字量,用计算机把这些数字信息存储起来,再用计算机把这些数字信息还原成原来的模拟量,通过慢读时钟控制把它缓慢的接入x—y 函数记录仪,记录仪再绘出应力~应变曲线,这是完全可以做到的。
